Project: Improve the fuzz testing for Core Lightning

During Summer 2025, I strengthened the Core Lightning (CLN) fuzz testing suite, leading to the discovery of 7 security vulnerabilities, including 2 critical Denial-of-Service vectors. Here are the introductory post and the final report:
